Reza Talebi, a journalist, said about statements by Volodymyr Zelensky regarding the claim of an attack by Ukraine on vessels linked to shipments of military equipment of the Islamic Republic in the Caspian Sea that these vessels were on the list of U.S. sanctions and that other arms shipments were also due to be transferred with them.
