Mohammad-Saleh Jowkar, head of the Parliament Commission on Municipalities, told the Mehr House news agency: “If the Americans want to continue the maritime blockade, they will certainly face a destructive and regret-inducing response, a sample of which they have witnessed in the targeting of their destroyers.”

This member of parliament added: “The U.S. missile systems can no longer track and target Iranian missiles, and they cannot bring security for the U.S.”

The head of the Parliament Commission on Municipalities also said: “Today, our military and missile capabilities have been improved even compared to the 40-day war and are impressive, and the Americans are facing an Iranian power that is far stronger.”
