According to Kepler’s announcement, six cargo vessels passed through the Strait of Hormuz on Tuesday, which indicates a decline from nine vessels the day before and below the 10-day average.

Based on the company’s initial tracking data, of the six vessels, five entered and one exited.

The figures announced only relate to ships that have not turned off their tracking system and, according to the United States, the operation to transit through Hormuz is ongoing daily with support from the U.S. military.

The 10-day average for the strait is about 27 vessels.

In recorded traffic, two Suezmax tankers, eight Aframax tankers, and a giant crude oil tanker were among the transiting vessels.
