Leila Bamani, a member of the legal team of the Shokufai (Blooming) Project, said, referring to the drafting of a transitional justice program for the transition period, that the proposal includes mechanisms for addressing human rights violations and for examining the role of individuals and institutions of the Islamic Republic.

She added that the court, the truth commission, the investigation committee, and conditional amnesty are among the sections envisaged in this program.
