🔻Following the killing of Molavi Yousef Gorgij, a Sunni cleric from Sistan and Baluchestan, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) in a statement has threatened the perpetrators of this attack with retaliation.

In its statement, the IRGC said: “Retaliation for this savage and unjustifiable crime is definite and certain.”

The institution also described the perpetrators as “mercenaries of the terrorist United States and the Zionist regime.”

Ahmad Vahidi, the commander-in-chief of the IRGC, also promised that “retaliation” will be carried out for the killing of Molavi Yousef Gorgij.

Molavi Yousef Gorgij was killed two days ago (Monday) in Zahedan by “unknown individuals” in front of his home. He was the congregation leader (imam) of the “Mohammad Rasulallah” mosque in Zahedan.
