Benjamin Netanyahu’s office, the Israeli prime minister, announced on Thursday that Saudi Arabia’s joining the Abraham Accords would be a historic development along the path to peace in the Middle East.

The Israeli prime minister’s office added that a joint military action by the United States and Israel against the Islamic Republic and weakening Tehran’s “terrorist” axis has provided the ground for expanding the circle of peace.
