Roger McMillan, an expert in security and terrorism, said about a report by The Telegraph claiming that the Islamic Republic uses human-smuggling networks as a tool to pressure the UK that this method is a continuation of the same system the Islamic Republic uses to send weapons and money to its proxy forces.
