〰 Israeli Army (IDF): Israeli army troops eliminated a terrorist in a confrontation near Beaufort area; the Israeli army attacked Hezbollah’s terrorist infrastructure

Today (Monday), during Israeli army patrols in the Beaufort area in southern Lebanon, a Hezbollah terrorist who was inside a building opened fire at soldiers. The soldiers killed the terrorist in return fire.

During the close confrontation, two Israeli army soldiers sustained minor injuries and were evacuated to receive medical treatment. Their families have been informed.

Shortly after that, the soldiers fired at the area where the terrorist was hiding and eliminated him. In addition, the Israeli army attacked weapons depots, command centers, and additional terrorist infrastructure belonging to the terrorist organization Hezbollah in the area.

The Israeli army will not allow the terrorist organization Hezbollah to harm Israeli citizens and Israeli army soldiers, and will continue operations to eliminate the threats, while remaining committed to the ceasefire agreement.
