An Amazon Prime Air cargo plane left the runway on Sunday, September 15, during landing at Miami International Airport. Following this incident, all runways and flights were suspended.

Local officials announced that at least five people were killed in the incident and five others were injured. The aircraft involved was a Boeing 767 operated by the company “Air 21” for Amazon.

The Federal Aviation Administration of the United States has begun an investigation into the cause of the accident.
