🔻A video was shared on social media on Wednesday, 11 Shahrivar 1405, in which it is claimed that many trucks at the previous border in the jurisdiction of Rask County in Sistan and Baluchestan province have been stopped and not allowed to cross from the Pakistan side. The person who recorded the video says that Pakistan has set a “fee equivalent to 2.3 billion tomans” for the entry of each heavy vehicle, and despite visiting the head of the Previous border market customs several times, no solution has been offered to resolve the problem.
As of the time this report was published, officials of the Islamic Republic of Iran have not made any official comments regarding the actions taken to address this issue.
In recent days, reports were also published about overcrowding and increased traffic at the previous border. Truck drivers complain about prolonged delays in this area. The reports also indicate a lack of facilities for drivers to stay and rest, and it is said that some of them are forced to wait for days or even weeks around the border.
