A Russian drone, two kilometers from the Polish border, targeted the engine of a passenger train; only a few minutes after the special train carrying Boris Johnson and several senior European officials passed along the same route. Ukraine’s Railways has suggested that the main target was the train of these officials; a claim that has not yet been independently verified.
