The mother of “Ali Shoosh” and “Emad Shoosh” published an image of her meeting with Jafar Panahi on her Instagram page. In her caption for this photo, she referred to the meeting with the phrase “art and thought.”

Jafar Panahi, a filmmaker and former political prisoner, met with the mother of these two brothers in Rudsar about three weeks ago.

Ali Shoosh was killed during the “Woman, Life, Freedom” protests in Isfahan in 1401. Emad Shoosh also died during the protests in Dey 1404 in Lahijan.
