“Shahrzad Shahbazi,” the lawyer of “Alireza Sepahi,” said on Thursday, 12 Shahrivar 1405, that the request for a retrial by this protester sentenced to death had been rejected in the “Aliqani Square, Isfahan” case, and added that his file had been sent to the execution of sentences branch without a hearing, for the purposes of carrying out the sentence.

Some unofficial reports also said that Alireza Sepahi had been transferred for the execution of the death sentence to the solitary cell of Handgard Prison in Isfahan. IranWire is not able to independently verify this report.
