Rosatom, Russia’s state nuclear company, intends to increase its technical presence at the Bushehr nuclear power plant.

Interfax reported that Rosatom plans to raise the number of its specialists at the Bushehr nuclear power plant to 150 in the near future.

The company is building two new units at the Bushehr power plant.

After the start of the war between the United States and Israel against Iran on February 28, Rosatom had removed hundreds of its employees from Iran.

A renewed increase in the number of Russian specialists in Bushehr could indicate the gradual return of the company’s technical activities on Iran’s nuclear projects.
