Bahrain condemned a drone attack on the East-to-West Saudi Arabia oil pipeline and said the drones were launched from Iraqi territory.

In a statement, the Bahrain Ministry of Foreign Affairs, published by Bahrain’s news agency, said the attack resulted in people being injured and material damage, and called it an “overt violation” of international law, the UN Charter, and the principles of good neighborliness.

The statement also said that Bahrain fully expresses its solidarity with Saudi Arabia and supports the country’s right to protect its sovereignty, security, and infrastructure.
