🔸Various reports and videos on social media have been published about the “shutdown” of some fuel stations in Tehran and the formation of long lines in front of gasoline pumps.

🔸Some domestic media outlets, including Khabar Online, ISNA (Students’ News Agency), and Asr Iran, also confirmed the closure of several gas stations in Tehran.

🔸Meanwhile, Faridun Yasemi, the manager of the Tehran region of the National Iranian Oil Products Distribution Company, confirmed the shutdown of several gas stations in Tehran and said that “the sudden increase in demand and traffic on connecting routes” “led to delays in the shipment of consignments and the running out of gasoline at a limited number of stations and the closure of some of them for several hours.”

🔸According to him, in recent days the distribution of gasoline in Tehran had increased by “30%.” Yasemi claimed that “supplying fuel to Tehran in a sustainable manner is ongoing.”
