The U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) announced that in more than five months and in parallel with the maritime blockade of the ports of the Islamic Republic, more than one billion barrels of crude oil from the Gulf’s littoral states have passed through the Strait of Hormuz with support from U.S. forces.
