Newly appointed U.K. Prime Minister Burnham welcomed President Volodymyr Zelensky as the first leader to visit during his term. Burnham pledged to honor "every commitment the U.K. has made to Ukraine in full" and granted Kyiv a license to mass produce Stone Cloak electronic warfare systems.
