Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced his presence at the scene of a Russian missile attack on a residential building in Pryluki, along with David Miliband, the British foreign secretary, through a video he posted.

According to Zelensky, 22 people, including five children, were killed and 54 others were injured in the attack. In addition, more than 100 residential buildings, educational centers, kindergartens, shops, and urban infrastructure have been damaged.

Zelensky said he has issued instructions to help the injured and provide shelter for people whose homes were destroyed.
