According to this command, since the beginning of May, about a thousand ships and 500 million barrels of crude oil have passed through the waterway with CENTCOM support.

🔸CENTCOM wrote that the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps continues to ask international ships to use only the routes approved by these forces in the Strait of Hormuz. The U.S. Army, rejecting this, emphasized that the Strait of Hormuz is an international waterway and that the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps has no authority to determine the route of commercial ships’ transit.
