🔶 Trump: Iran is linked to a security threat near the UK’s RAF Fairford air base

Donald Trump, the president of the United States of America, in response to reporters’ questions regarding a recent security incident near the UK’s RAF Fairford air base that led to the detention of several people, said that the Islamic Republic is connected to the case.

In another part of his response, the U.S. president also pointed to the departure of aircraft from the Fairford air base and said: “We were dealing with a threat, and if they are going to threaten us, we move the aircraft. This alleviates the problem to some extent.”

Trump added: “We know the people who designed this threat, and they have put themselves up against a lot of trouble.”

The U.S. president on Monday, October 5 (Mehr 13), at the White House, in response to the question of whether he believes there is a possibility that Iran has transferred attack drones to Britain, said: “I can’t tell you that, but if they have done such a thing, they will pay a heavy price for it.”
