🔶 Trump: If the Strait of Hormuz is not reopened soon, Iran will take a very hard hit
Donald Trump, the president of the United States of America, in his latest reaction regarding Iran, said that on Tuesday, there were “all day” negotiations with the Islamic Republic.
In an interview with Fox News, he described these talks as “positive,” but at the same time warned that if no agreement is reached, Iran “will suffer a very hard blow.”
The US president, speaking during a trip to the state of California, said again that “very good discussions” are underway, and added that “Iran is eager to find a way to end the confrontations.”
He said: “The only thing that matters is action. They want to get to an agreement. We’ll see what happens.”
In another part of his remarks, Trump said: “If they [the Islamic Republic] back out of the agreement again, they will be targeted very harshly. They know it themselves. They are fully aware of that.
