Trita Parsi, Deputy Director of the Quincy Institute, wrote: “I am increasingly coming to the conclusion that the U.S. and Israel’s war against Iran will enter a third phase. This is not inevitable, but the signs I receive from both sides as well as from key countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council have made me very pessimistic about this issue.”
