Things Russia has done to Ukraine that Trump thinks are 'fine'

While U.S. President Donald Trump claimed Russia “has been fine on Ukraine,” civilian casualties rose 85% in September 2026, with U.N. officials warning that October is among the deadliest periods in years.

The remarks come as reports emerge that Washington has limited Starshield access and delayed the delivery of vital Patriot interceptors to Kyiv.
