The US, South Korea, and Japan are establishing a framework for Arctic cooperation in navigation and mineral extraction, the Yomiuri newspaper reported.

According to its information, the relevant document is currently being finalized. Top diplomats from the three countries will sign it during their meeting on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly session in New York.
