The UK Maritime Trade Operations Center has reported that an oil tanker transiting through the Strait of Hormuz was hit by an unidentified projectile.

According to these reports, the tanker was leaving the Strait of Hormuz and was hit “from the left side.”

The UK Maritime Trade Operations Center also said that the impact damaged the vessel, but all crew members are in full health and no environmental consequences have been reported.
