👉 The National Iranian Oil Company account has been closed

According to Fars, it appears that a state-owned bank in the industries and mining sector has shut down the accounts of the National Iranian Oil Company due to debts.

Previously, the U.S. Treasury Department had imposed financial limitations on the National Iranian Oil Company in the context of sanctions.

This bank’s action is being carried out while, under the Budget Law, the company’s debts have been deferred until the end of 1405, and the company has until the end of Esfand to repay its debts.
