The Israeli army said it targeted “Shadi Abu Hseira,” the main money changer of the Hamas military wing, in the Gaza City area on Sunday.
According to the statement, “Shadi Abu Hseira” led the “Geneva” exchange network; a network that transferred tens of millions of “shekels” from foreign financial sources to the Hamas military wing to finance terrorists, rebuild military infrastructure, and advance terrorist plans against Israeli forces.
The Israeli army said he had recently been carrying out terrorist plans against army personnel and citizens of the State of Israel and was working to rebuild the capabilities of the Hamas terrorist organization.
