The Israeli army announced the destruction of a 1.5-kilometer tunnel in the north of Gaza;

The Israeli army, in a statement, said that its forces, as part of ongoing operations in the north of the Gaza Strip, destroyed an underground route measuring one and a half kilometers.

The statement said that the forces of the Northern Brigade, under the command of the 99th Division, and in cooperation with the engineering forces of the Southern Command, are continuing operations in the east of the “Yellow Line” to clear the area of what the Israeli army calls “terrorist infrastructure.”

Based on the statement, the forces of the brigade, in cooperation with the engineering forces of the division, destroyed the aforementioned underground route.

The Israeli army also said that forces under the command of the south are deployed in this area in accordance with the ceasefire agreement framework and will continue operations to counter what it calls “immediate threats.”

The Israeli army also released a video showing the destruction of this underground route in the north of the Gaza Strip.
