The Indian Foreign Ministry has laid out the points of the proposed plan on Ukraine, including addressing the issues of shipping security in the Black Sea, grain and fuel exports and a possible mutual halt to Russian and Ukrainian attacks, India’s Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal said.
