🔻The family of Mohsen Abbasi, one of those killed in the December 2025 protests, has published a video from the moment they informed their brother.

They wrote that Mohsen’s brother was also hit by a bullet during the protests alongside him and was wounded, and for that reason, the family informed Mohsen about his brother’s death with a delay.

In this video, his father says, “Nothing is worse than liver pain.”

Mohsen’s brother also published this video on his Instagram and wrote about 20 years of life and friendship with his brother, saying that they had started a café in Najafabad with difficulty, but after a year they were forced to close it due to economic problems.

He added that on the evening of 18 Dey, Mohsen was killed by two bullets in the same street where they once had their café, and that he himself, due to being hit by a bullet in his head, has experienced paralysis on one side of his body.

During the December 2025 protests, a number of protesters were killed in Najafabad, Isfahan, and the funerals and memorials of some of them were held collectively.
