🔺The 2026 Nobel Prize in Chemistry goes to two French and Japanese scientists
▪This year’s Nobel Prize in Chemistry has been awarded to a French scientist and a Japanese scientist. The prize is being given to them for “the discovery of non-linear effects and autocatalysis in the synthesis of asymmetric organic compounds.”
▪According to Bloomberg, the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences announced in a statement on Wednesday that Henri Kagan and Konso Soai will share the prize of 12 million Swedish kronor, equivalent to about 1.2 million dollars.
