🔺Tehran Prosecutor announced intensified actions related to hijab and cyberspace

▪Tehran Prosecutor announced the activities of the “Special Court of Ethical Security” with 12 judges and the creation of a unit to continuously monitor cyberspace.

▪Ali Salehi said at a meeting of the High Council of the Judiciary that this unit monitors the cases of interest continuously and that “immediate action” is taken.

▪He referred to the detention of a woman and a man whom, according to him, had published a clip with content that “mocked the Arbaeen ceremonies,” and said their accounts were blocked and both were detained.

▪Salehi also announced actions against cafes, restaurants, and stores that sell certain clothing, emphasizing that these measures are “continuous and ongoing.”
