🔺Tankers Tracers reported at least 25 million barrels of oil transferred from ship to ship operations in the Sea of Oman
▪The oil tanker tracking company, Tanker Tracers, has reported an escalation in operations transferring oil cargoes from one ship to another in the Sea of Oman.
▪According to this report, yesterday at least 15 ship-to-ship transfers of about 25 million barrels of crude oil and petroleum products were carried out in the Sea of Oman. These cargoes originated from almost all countries in the region, except Iran.
▪With the help of U.S. naval forces, regional countries secretly ship their oil to the Sea of Oman using ships that have turned off their automatic identification systems, and from there the cargoes are transferred to other oil tankers and sent to global markets.
