🔶 Supreme Court greenlights Trump to build a hall at the White House
The U.S. Supreme Court has temporarily allowed the administration of Donald Trump, the U.S. president, to proceed with the construction of a new reception hall at the White House. The court has temporarily stayed the implementation of a judicial order that could have halted a large part of the $400 million project.
In this way, the judges have gained more time to decide on the government’s request. The administration wants to continue construction operations while the lawsuit filed by a historic buildings preservation organization against this project is being handled.
