Some human rights media outlets reported that Alireza Sepahi, one of the defendants in the case of detainees from the protests in Isfahan in Dey, who was due to be executed at dawn on Tuesday, suffered a heart attack before being transferred to the place of execution and was transferred to Al-Zahra Hospital in Isfahan.

According to these reports, Alireza Sepahi was supposed to be executed together with Abolfazl Sepahi Badjian and Amir Hossein Safavi Hoseinabadi, but due to the worsening of his condition, his sentence was halted.

At dawn on Tuesday, Abolfazl Sepahi Badjian and Amir Hossein Safavi Hoseinabadi, two other detainees from the protests on 18 and 19 Dey 1405 in Isfahan, were executed by order of the Islamic Revolutionary Court of Isfahan. Abolfazl Sepahi Badjian was Alireza Sepahi’s cousin.
