In its first presiding statement on Yemen since 2019, the UN Security Council condemned attacks by the Houthi rebels supported by the Islamic Republic on Saudi Arabia and the threat to shipping in the Red Sea. At the same time, Israel’s ambassador warned the Islamic Republic and regional groups.
