Second medal in the history of women’s weightlifting; 🥉🏋🏻♀ Valuable bronze for the 17-year-old prodigy
🏋♂ Mahsa Beheshti, Iran’s representative in the women’s weightlifting 86 kg category, won the bronze medal by successfully lifting 113 kg in the snatch and 146 kg in the clean and jerk, for a total of 259 kg.
🥉 With this bronze, Beheshti won Iran’s second medal in the history of women’s weightlifting at the Asian Olympics, and now, at 17 years old, she has earned Asian bronze, bronze of the Islamic countries, and youth and teenage Asia gold.
