Russian servicemen struck at least ten Ukrainian hydroelectric and thermal power plants since the beginning of the year, including combined heat and power plants used for military purposes, according to TASS calculations based on the Russian Defense Ministry’s reports.

The majority of the targeted facilities were in the Kiev region, followed by the Odessa and Kharkov regions.
