Russian drone strikes shopping center in Ukraine

A Russian drone strike on a shopping center in Kryvyi Rih killed at least 16 people and wounded more than 130, Ukrainian officials say. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy accused Russia of carrying out a second strike on the site as emergency crews responded.

Russia has not commented.
