🔸 Qatar’s prime minister, in a new interview published on Sunday, 29 Shahrivar, while confirming the continuation of mediation, admitted that there is no comprehensive and clear strategy to put an end to the Iran–U.S. confrontation in the region.

🔸 Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, who is also Qatar’s foreign minister, said this on Sunday at the “Qatar Economic Tribune” gathering, where he was there to welcome the convening of the United Nations General Assembly in New York.

🔸 He said: “There is no comprehensive and clear strategy that is of our interest, with which we can end these confrontations. This is essentially something that we do not have today.”

🔸 Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani then points to something that could be criticized by both Iran and the United States. He says: “The events we witness every day are very reactive events and they change the course of the negotiations. They change the direction.”
