The Huanggang border crossing in Shenzhen, located in southern China, was rebuilt and reopened on Monday, October 12 (Mehr 20), local time. The purpose of the reconstruction of this large and vital crossing was announced as to facilitate and speed up the movement of passengers between China and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
