Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya, in a post on the social network X, noting her upcoming meetings on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly, wrote: In New York, I will brief ministers and international partners on how repression within Belarus has provided the conditions for aggression beyond its borders.

She emphasized: The Belarusian regime has placed its territory and infrastructure at the disposal of Russia’s war and publishes misinformation.

The opposition leader reminded that the regime of this country also persecutes and represses Belarusians outside the country’s borders.

Ms. Tsikhanouskaya stressed: An independent and democratic Belarus will put an end to collusion with Russia and will become a reliable neighbor and a source of security for Europe.
