🔶 One killed in Iran’s missile attacks on Jordan and Kuwait

Iran’s attacks on countries in the region continue. On Thursday, July 30 (August 8), Jordan’s army announced that its air defense systems intercepted and shot down five missiles fired by Iran. The missile attack did not result in casualties.

Jordan’s army spokesperson said: “The military radars identified these missiles, and then the air defense units successfully shot down all five targets.”

The missiles fired from Iran appeared to be the Islamic Republic’s response to the attacks carried out by the United States early on Thursday. During those attacks, the U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) targeted sites belonging to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, including military command centers, missile and drone facilities, surveillance and coastal defense centers, and maritime capabilities in Iran.

According to other reports received, Kuwait was also hit by a missile attack. In the attack that took place on Thursday morning, a building belonging to a Chinese company in northern Kuwait was targeted, and the building was severely damaged, with a worker killed as a result.
