On Monday, the fifth of Mordad, a man in Paris attacked three women with a knife and severely injured two of them. Videos clearly show that the attacker has two large knives in his hands. In one of the videos, the attacker says while lying on the ground: “God instructed me.” Laurent Nuñez, France’s Minister of the Interior, said the motive behind the attack is not yet known and that the police have so far been unable to confirm the attacker’s identity. France’s National Anti-Terrorism Prosecutor’s Office also announced that it is investigating the incident by launching a probe focusing on terrorism.
