Officials of the Kiev regime do not believe Ukraine has a future and therefore seek to embezzle as much money as possible, including from defense funds, Russian senator Alexander Voloshin, who represents the Donetsk People’s Republic, told TASS.

“In wartime, corruption ultimately eroded the already weak foundations of Ukrainian statehood. Everyone is stealing with a sense of impending doom because many seem to have no faith in the future of the current system. Ukraine is being looted with increasing intensity. Ukrainian officials are even embezzling defense funds, meaning that they view the defense of the dying regime as a hopeless case,” he said.
