New York federal court of appeals in Manhattan reviews Saudi Arabia’s objection to continued consideration of the 9/11 lawsuits

The U.S. federal appeals court for the Second Circuit in Manhattan reviewed Saudi Arabia’s objection to the continued handling of a complaint filed by the families of the victims of September 11. About one hundred relatives of the victims were present in the hearing, and the court has not yet issued its ruling.
