A new report from Turkey’s Statistics Center shows that Iranian citizens have sharply increased their home purchases in this country over the past three months.
According to the report, from the beginning of June to the end of August, Iranians purchased a total of 499 housing units and 28 commercial properties in Turkey, which represents a 40% increase compared to the previous three months.
Overall, in the first eight months of this calendar year, Iranians purchased more than 1,103 residential units in Turkey and are ranked third after citizens of Russia and Ukraine.
During this period, a total of 13,141 housing units were sold in Turkey to foreign citizens.
