🔶 Netanyahu provides information about the resumption of Iran’s nuclear activities
Benjamin Netanyahu, Prime Minister of Israel, during a meeting with Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the President of the United Arab Emirates, provided fresh information that, according to him, shows that Iran has resumed its activities to revive its nuclear program.
The news network “CNN” reported that this information includes new construction works at Mount Kaland in Natanz, about 225 kilometers from Tehran.
This site is assessed as one of the likely locations for rebuilding Iran’s nuclear infrastructure, but the report has not confirmed that uranium enrichment is carried out there.
A person familiar with the matter said that Iran was the main focus of talks between Netanyahu and bin Zayed in Abu Dhabi. Two sources also reported the presence of a senior Saudi security official at this meeting; an issue that Riyadh denied.
Based on this report, the situation of the Houthis in Yemen and developments in the Bab al-Mandeb and Hormuz straits were also discussed in this meeting, and Netanyahu presented Israel’s assessment that, according to it, Iran may launch an attack in the region in the coming weeks.
