NATO Supreme Allied Commander Europe Alexus Grynkewich said establishing a permanent US military base in Poland would take years because the necessary infrastructure must be built first.

In an interview with Polish TV channel TVP World, Grynkewich said the timeline would depend on how long it took to build the necessary infrastructure.
